The Indispensable Information Professional: Building Strong Customer Relationships
Information professionals are the key to unlocking the research needed by our users. Customers and stakeholders rely upon the information professional to find what they need, but how do they find us? This course will cover the basics of building customer relationships and the tactics that can be used to provide outreach and awareness to information organization users.

- Utilize a prospecting process to identify users
- Examine methods to introduce yourself and your information organization to users
- Develop and maintain rapport with customers
- Formulate strategies for handling customer objections
