- Interpret and predict how staff react to change
- Examine how the different staff roles impact the implementation of change in an organization
- Determine methods to get all levels of staff involved in bringing forth change
- Develop and plan a consistent approach to proposing change in your library
- Discuss and evaluate the success of the change once fully implemented

Librarians and managers who need to prepare library staff for adapting to change.
