Free Resources for Collections Care

In the current economy, it is important to find free and inexpensive resources to assist in collection care. In this one-hour session learn about key web resources as well as various organizations that can assist in providing more information on collection care. Resources to identify professionals to assist with specific conservation and preservation issues will also be covered.

Learning Objectives:
At the end of this class, the participant will be able to:

  • Identify organizations that have free online resources for collection care
  • Contact an organization who can offer free help with collection care issues
  • Identify professional organizations that can assist with collections care
  • List key web resources for collection care information
