Creating a Library Marketing Plan

A solid marketing plan helps libraries communicate their value and reach their target audience effectively and efficiently. Leveraging a SWOT analysis and selecting appropriate marketing channels, attendees will define their target audience, understand audience needs and preferences, and develop a messaging strategy that resonates with them. Create a winning marketing plan for any library size and type.
