Dr. Michael Stephens to Kick Off "Striking a Balance: Positive Practices in Libraries" Amigos Member Conference

Dr. Michael Stephens will kick off the May 14-15 Amigos Member Conference, "Striking a Balance: Positive Practices in Libraries," with his keynote address, "Finding Balance: Reflective Practice and the Profession." The address promises to be informative as well as intriguing, concentrating on balancing our own practice, technology, and the human touch, services and outreach.

Dr. Stephens is an assistant professor in the School of Library and Information Science at San Jose State University in California. He has delivered keynote addresses throughout the United States and internationally, and publishes the website and blog, Tame the Web.
