With over thirty years of experience in architecture and interiors, Sue Pruchnicki, FAIA LEED AP ID+C and Principal-in-Charge, has a holistic understanding of the architectural design process, from initial client conversations to construction administration. Her approach is grounded in participatory design processes, driven by equity, inclusion, and authentic community engagement. She brings her skills in active listening and long-term relationship building to her leadership of their firm. Sue is the leader of Bond Architects’ library design practice, with in-depth knowledge of how architectural design intersects with library operations.
