Amigos Library Services continues to invest in and expand member benefits with a new offer for public and academic libraries interested in Benchmark: Library Metrics & Trends. Amigos will pay for academic and public libraries’ access to Benchmark for up to two years (through August 2028). ACRL’s Benchmark tool is designed for academic libraries, while PLA’s Benchmark tool supports public libraries. Amigos members are invited to take advantage of this offer immediately.
Benchmark is a powerful data and analytics platform that helps libraries measure performance, support strategic planning, and demonstrate their impact.
While public and academic libraries can complete Benchmark’s open surveys and view basic summary metrics and visualizations, only subscribers can unlock premium subscription features, including interactive data dashboards, custom reports, and custom peer groups for benchmarking and comparison.
