Earlier this month, Voting Representatives received an email with information from Board of Directors Chair Ms. Paula Settoon.

To help members plan ahead and streamline internal purchasing processes, Amigos is offering an option to send annual membership invoices early, rather than waiting for our usual early - July schedule. If an early invoice will help with budgeting or procurement timelines, just let us know by sending a message to membership@amigos.org.

Registration is officially open for the Amigos Member Conference 2026, sponsored by Lexis-Nexis. Happening online on Wednesday, May 13, this year's conference celebrates the innovation, adaptability, and resilience that define libraries today.

The Amigos Nominating Committee has announced the slate of candidates for election in May to the Board of Directors. Candidate and voting information will be sent to the designated Voting Representatives of member institutions as part of an upcoming Call to Meeting. 

In preparation for the upcoming Amigos Board of Directors election, Amigos is testing email addresses to ensure that voting materials will be properly received by each member institution. A message will be sent to the email address on file for each member institution’s Voting Representative.
