Beginning with an opening keynote from Edward Melton, Executive Director of Harris County Public Library, the conference will include the Annual Member Business Meeting, board election results, and several concurrent sessions.

Amigos members are encouraged to submit proposals for 45‑minute individual or panel sessions that highlight practical insights, creative approaches, and lessons learned. Sessions will be presented online, with full technical support and moderation provided by Amigos staff.
