Clear documentation and thoughtful training are the backbone of successful library systems and staff development. To untangle what can sometimes seem like a chaotic process to get everyone on the same page, lean into practical strategies for building sustainable documentation, designing impactful training, and connecting the dots between learning and doing. By strengthening internal workflows, libraries can deliver more consistent, confident service, ultimately enhancing the patron experience through smoother interactions.

When she's not untangling data or tweaking configurations, she's likely chasing after her kids, logging a few miles on a run, or spending time with her not-so-quiet menagerie of dogs, cats, goats, and chickens.
