Know & Go: Building Authentic Culture in Everyday Moments

What happens when small gestures spark big changes? At one library branch, a snack box on the staff room counter, a “joy log” for recording moments of library joy, and a question-of-the-day whiteboard became catalysts for a deeper culture shift—encouraging authenticity, boosting morale, and creating a sense of belonging.

Build a more joyful and connected workplace culture using low-cost scalable strategies. Learn from real examples of what worked (and what didn’t), how to tailor ideas to a team’s personality, and leave with inspiration to start a small, sustainable experiment that fits your context.
