Amigos Library Services will launch the new Trans-Amigos Express (TAE) Courier Hub on July 13. The hub will give TAE users a clearer, more useful starting point for managing their courier activity.
Instead of opening directly to the label-making screen, users will now start on a dashboard that brings important information together in one place. From the dashboard, users can review recent activity, see important updates, and quickly access label-making and other helpful tools.
The new dashboard will make several types of information easier to find, including:
- Recently reported holidays or closures for your site, including reports submitted by secondary users, when applicable.
- Recently reported lost or damaged items.
- Archived TList listserv messages for convenient reference.
Users can still make labels the same way they do now. The "Make Labels" page will remain available at the top of the screen, and a blue "Make a label" button on the right side of the dashboard will offer another quick way to reach the label-making page.
To help users become familiar with the new layout, Amigos will offer a short informational webinar on Wednesday, July 8, at 11:00 a.m. A recording will be shared afterward for anyone who cannot attend live. Contact TAE to receive the link for the webinar and the recording.
