The Library Services department at Pittsburg State University is accepting applications for a Systems Librarian and Assistant Instructional Professor.  The primary function of the Systems Librarian and Assistant Instructional Professor is to maintain and manage library computers, software, and server infrastructure to ensure high-quality functionality for end users and library faculty. Oversee the integrated library system, discovery tools, interlibrary loan electronic infrastructure, online public catalog, user authentication services, and all technology supporting Pittsburg State University Library Services resources. 

This is a 12-month, non-tenure earning role. Master's degree in library and/or information science from an ALA accredited program or equivalent required. First consideration will be given to applications received by April 3, 2026. Salary is $64,000, commensurate with experience.
