We’re looking for a Systems Librarian who refuses to stay in the back room.

This role is the intersection of hard tech and high-touch pedagogy. You won’t just be keeping the lights on for KOHA and OpenAthens; you’ll be leveraging our infrastructure to drive student success. We need someone who can configure authentication protocols in the morning and lead a dynamic instruction session in the afternoon.
The Challenge:
- Lead the Infrastructure: Own the systems that power the largest community college library in Arkansas.
- Champion Accessibility: Ensure our digital footprint is WCAG compliant and inclusive for every learner.
- Innovate Instruction: Design digital learning objects that actually engage students, moving beyond static tutorials to create meaningful learning experiences.
