Amigos Continuing Education appreciates everyone who took the time to share feedback on courses they would like to see return to the schedule. That input plays an important role in shaping future offerings, and several requested topics are already being added back into upcoming sessions.

Event Planning 101 will return this summer on July 15, and Intermediate Cataloging: Subject Analysis is scheduled for September 10. Controlled Vocabularies and Taxonomies is also planned for later this year, following strong member interest.

In addition to these returning courses, Amigos has heard an increasing need for foundational training in everyday library work. As a result, courses focused on shelving basics and readers' advisory are now included in the summer lineup, providing practical support for staff, student employees, and volunteers.

Amigos values the feedback shared by its community and remains committed to offering training that reflects the real needs of libraries.
