Thank you to everyone who joined us for Digital Accessibility in Libraries, held on February 25. Featuring an opening keynote from the University of Minnesota’s Amy Drayer, the online conference brought together expert speakers and timely discussions on improving accessibility across digital services, online content, and user interfaces to help libraries prepare for the ADA Title II rule to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. To facilitate ongoing learning and idea sharing, the conference closed with an engaging recap conversation of the day’s presentations. If you were unable to attend or would like to revisit the sessions, recordings are available.
Recordings are an ongoing benefit for Amigos members, allowing staff to learn at their own pace and revisit important content. To view the February conference materials, members can sign in using the credentials provided at registration for the live event or register for the recording.
We appreciate your participation and look forward to seeing you at future online conferences that continue to address emerging needs in libraries and support professional development throughout the year.
