With one month remaining before Oxford Research Encyclopedias transition to the Oxford Academic platform, Oxford University Press (OUP) has announced an upgrade to the access control system for several of its online resources to enhance performance and stability. Oxford Research Encyclopedias will continue to be available on both platforms until March 26, 2026, after which redirects will be implemented.
Subscribers are encouraged to visit OUP’s information page for additional details, including a checklist of actions to complete before March 26 to ensure a smooth transition for libraries and users. The page also includes a set of frequently asked questions, which OUP will continue to update as new information becomes available. OUP will follow up with customers next month with reminders and will provide a confirmed date for the transition of Oxford Bibliographies to Oxford Academic.
