This month, Bloom’s Literature, part of Infobase’s long-respected lineup of digital learning resources, received a major content expansion: 963 new films and TV episodes have been added, bringing the collection to over 3,000 full-length productions. These include PBS documentaries, BBC dramas, and performances that align with the authors and texts most commonly assigned in ELA classrooms, and over 80% of the video content now maps directly to ELA curricula. Pairing a text with a filmed performance has never been easier. A student reading Macbeth, for example, can immediately watch the corresponding Royal Shakespeare Company scene and consult the How to Write About Macbeth guide all within the same platform.

Teachers also gain access to 10,000+ discussion questions, a fully searchable Shakespeare Center, and seamless Google Classroom integration, making it possible to build multimedia lessons in minutes with no extra prep.

Recent enhancements to the platform provide an improved interface, unified search results, the student-friendly Mind Map tool for exploring thematic relationships, and federated search that pulls in relevant JSTOR results. These enhancements support deeper engagement and more intuitive navigation for learners of all levels.
