Know & Go: The New WorldShare ILL

OCLC WorldShare™ Interlibrary Loan is a new service that will replace WorldCat Resource Sharing. The service centralizes workflows now managed in multiple systems, and will provide new functionality that speeds fulfillment of interlibrary loan requests while saving time for library staff and library users. Attend this session to learn about OCLC's plans for the switchover and to get a glimpse of the new system.
