Electronic Resource Management: Micro-Credentialing & Capstone Project
If you are new to electronic resources management (ERM) or want to learn how to handle electronic resources efficiently and effectively, this 3-course certificate program will introduce you to the fundamentals of ERM. Learn how to acquire, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot access to electronic resources – and develop strategies to assess and preserve these resources for your library.
