Check out World Bank e-Library

The World Bank e-library is an online, fully cross-searchable portal of over 5,000 World Bank documents. The collection consists of over 2,000 World Bank publications and over 3,200 Policy Research Working Papers, plus each new book and paper as they are published. e-Library contains only the final, peer-reviewed versions of the Bank’s formal publications, and e-Library is focused only on the needs of the library and research community. Each article, book, and working paper is enriched with semantic and bibliographic metadata, including topics, regions, countries, abstracts and key words using a controlled vocabulary.

  • Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) registered with CrossRef and other DOI agencies
  • Browses by content type, subject, key word, series, author/editor and other metadata
  • The ability to create optional individual user accounts to organize saved searches and marked lists
  • RSS feeds when new articles are added to specific journals or when any new content is added
