A formal mentoring program is a structured, often one-to-one relationship that requires planning and organization to connect mentees with mentors, increase knowledge, and build skills for future goals and milestones. In this webinar, learn how to establish a mentoring program at your library, create a mentoring culture, and evaluate the success of your mentoring program program.
