Know & Go: The Data-Driven Library

This webinar will provide a brief introduction into how libraries can utilize data for strategic decision making and planning. Attendees will be introduced to the basic steps for data driven decision-making and explore data sources libraries can use to evaluate and improve services. In addition, Rich Landry, CEO of Data-Planet, will demonstrate how libraries can use data and statistics from the Data-Planet, a repository of over 35 billion datapoints from over 450 databases sourced from 70 public and private organizations, to help drive decisions and planning.

  • Identify sources of data and statistics to support decision making and planning
  • Compile and analyze data and statistics from Data-Planet

All librarians interested in data driven decision-making and planning.
