Know & Go: How Springshare Puts UX Into Customer Service

Talia Richards with Springshare will demonstrate how you can use their UX model for customer service in your library. Drawing inspiration from real-world examples, Richards will share practical tips and strategies that libraries can use to better integrate the user experience into their customer service model.
 

She will cover the eight principles of customer service UX as well as discuss best practices and lessons learned that have been extracted through interactions. Encompassing all formats of customer service exchanges – from face-to-face, email, online and social media, she will provide techniques that focus on the customer, customer experience, and successful outcomes.
