Libraries of all sizes must be prepared to deliver services that reflect the changing needs in communities. Libraries maintain critical relevancy by conducting regular and effective community needs assessments. Access the framework and tools needed to begin your new community needs assessment. Form an actionable plan to align with your mission and vision and secure your library’s role as the vital organization in your area.
 

Learning Objectives:

  • Assess your current community assessment at play in organization
  • Access framework tools and strategies to prepare a new assessment
  • Employ promotion and timeline to launch a new assessment
  • Activate review and evaluation of assessment data to formulize future library planning

  • It is designed for individual participation; each individual must register.
