Are you looking for innovative, new ways to uncover possible solutions to challenges in your library? Perhaps the solution is as simple as thought. It's time to change your thinking! To get you started, this course empowers you to get creative and try design thinking on for a change.
 

After defining the concept of design thinking, we will explore how it can be implemented into libraries, then discuss the benefits as well as note-worthy precautions to consider before implementing design thinking.
