Registration is closed for this event
Electronic resources make up a large portion of today's library collections, and electronic resources management (ERM) is an important skillset for library staff members to have. Unlike print resources, electronic resources require ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting to make sure library users are able to access them. In this course, participants will learn about maintenance procedures necessary to ensure access to electronic resources.
