Know & Go: The Data-Driven Library
Data-driven decision making is an approach to business management that values decisions supported by verifiable data. This session will provide a brief introduction on the utilization of library data for strategic decision making and planning. Attendees will be introduced to the basic steps for data driven decision-making and explore the various external and in-house data sources libraries can use to evaluate and improve services.
