Debriefs and retrospectives are powerful tools for documenting library success and engaging library teams in continuous improvement. Learn the fundamentals of debriefs and retrospectives and plan for their implementation into existing workflows.

  • Initiating tools and resources for implementation
  • Accessing debrief and retrospective templates for immediate use
