Know & Go: Introduction to Metadata Analysis
Using data manipulation tools to analyze metadata, known as metadata analysis, is a growing need in libraries. It can be helpful in sisutaions from migrating to a new ILS to retrospective clean-up projects. Learn what metadata analysis is, review scenarios in which metadata analysis can be useful, and explore tools and techniques for performing this analysis in this session.
