Margaret Alexander Edwards Trust Seeking Grant Applicants

The Margaret Alexander Edwards Trust awards grants of approximately $500-$2,500 to libraries and schools that encourage young adults and teenagers to read.

Margaret Alexander Edwards grew up in West Texas and taught in the state for many years before becoming a ground-breaking YA librarian who transformed services for teens in both her adopted city of Baltimore and as a leader in the American Library Association.
