Board of Directors
Amigos is governed by a 12- member Board of Directors elected by representatives of member institutions at the annual Amigos Member Meeting. The board, which meets quarterly, consists of nine librarians and three non-librarian Directors, each of whom is elected to three-year terms and can serve a maximum of two consecutive terms.
Advisory Committees
The Advisory Committees at Amigos are comprised of staff from our member institutions. These members volunteer their time and efforts to help fulfill the Amigos mission.
OCLC Members Council
OCLC dissolved the Members Council effective June 30, 2009, and instituted a new Global Council comprised of three regional councils: the Americas Regional Council, AsiaPacific Regional Council, and Europe/Middle East/Africa Regional Council.
