ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) is a digital identifier used to distinguish a researcher and their work, therefore making it easier for librarians, faculty, and researchers to keep a current list of writings, grants, and other professional activities. Find out more about ORCID, how to set up an ORCID ID, and explore how libraries can be involved in encouraging researchers to use ORCID to connect their work.
