In conjunction with the May 5-6 Online Member Conference, Amigos will conduct its 2010 Member Business Meeting in a blended format, offering attendees the option of online or in-person attendance.
The Member Business Meeting is scheduled for May 5 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. CDT and will originate from Amigos’ Dallas headquarters. Along with election of Amigos Trustees, revisions to the Amigos Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws will be presented to the membership for approval in the directed proxy voting process that will precede the May business meeting.
Amigos Executive Director Bonnie Juergens noted that the business meeting’s blended format will allow Amigos members to select the manner of attendance that works best for them. Registration for both the conference and business meeting will open March 1, 2010.
