2011 Annual Member Conference
The 2011 Amigos Member Conference, "Mobilizing Libraries, Designing Experiences," was held May 18-19.

The online event is open to all Amigos members free of charge. The conference focused on enhancing the quality of all the major service points in the patron experience in libraries of all types and sizes.

Sessions ranged from high-tech discussions on mobile apps, gadgets, and kiosks that allow patrons to get in touch with their libraries in ways never before possible to more traditional ideals of good customer service through smart merchandising and high-touch, high-quality service.
