Earlier this week, Voting Representatives received an email with information from Board of Directors Chair Ms. Chris LeBeau.
To ensure Amigos has the most up-to-date email addresses for use in upcoming meeting notices, we sent a test message last week to the email address on file as the Voting Representative. In early April, Voting Representatives will receive a "Call to Meeting" email with candidate information and an agenda for the May 12, 2021 Amigos Annual Business Meeting.
The Amigos Library Services Nominating Committee has announced the slate of candidates for election in May to the Amigos Library Services Board of Directors. Candidate and voting information will be sent to the designated Voting Representatives of Amigos member institutions as part of an upcoming Call to Meeting.
